3.5 cups dried penne or spaghetti

1 chili, finely diced

1½ – 2 cups diced canned tomatoes

½ – .75 cup black olives

¼ cup capers

½ crushed nori sheet

¼ cup parsley, chopped

¼ teaspoon salt 

Preparation Instructions

1. Cook pasta following package instructions.

2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, chili, tomatoes, olives, capers and nori sheet and cook for 3 minutes until sauce starts to simmer.
